This release covers China monitoring nodes.

Added: China monitoring nodes

China monitoring nodes run API and HTTP tests. They are included in every plan.

• China is a separate region from Asia. Neither Asia nor Worldwide includes China.
• To enable China nodes, submit a support request through the APIContext support page. After they are enabled, configure monitors through the UI, API or CLI.
• Results from China nodes use your project's existing alerts, triggers and webhooks.
