Get available agent location information
GET/api/2/agents/info
Return grouped agent metadata used to populate location pickers.
The response contains a regions list (region id + display name +
the location IDs in that region), a locations map (agent name to
human-readable label) and an agent_list.
Reachable anonymously -- no auth headers required. An anonymous
caller sees public agents; an authenticated caller additionally sees
agents owned by their orgs or project.
