List agents for project

GET 
/api/3/project/agents

List all agents accessible to a project. Returns the project's agent list (its organization's agents:<name> system tag, or the public list) plus agents owned by the project's organization or by the project itself. Personal projects (no org) only get public and project-owned agents.
