Start auth token wizard
POST/api/2/auth/:sc_key/wizard/start/
Begin the OAuth token wizard for an auth setting.
Returns the provider authorize_url to send the browser to. The caller
holds the context and passes it back to the complete step: name,
grant_type and scope for the OAuth2 family, plus the request token
and its secret for OAuth1, which needs them again to sign the exchange.
The one case that returns no authorize_url is client_credentials,
which needs no user interaction: the created token is returned directly.
OAuth1 has no grant types and always redirects.
