Reset account setting catalog
DELETE/api/2/account-settings/:catalog_name
Reset every variable in the catalog back to the platform default.
Deletes the catalog entity and every persisted override underneath
it. Idempotent: returns {"status": "OK"} whether or not
anything was stored.
