Check undeliverable emails

Report which of the given addresses cannot be delivered to.

Each of the five categories lists only addresses that were submitted, so an address absent from every category is deliverable as far as we know. Addresses that are empty, not strings, or contain no '@' are ignored rather than rejected.

Used by the webhook editor to warn before an email alert is saved against an address that cannot receive it.
